Broken communication system

My telephone number was used by someone who is expecting a parcel from a company called Old School SA. As a result, I have received numerous calls from Aramex drivers saying they are at the gate with a parcel and looking for Kelly. 1. I don't know who Kelly is. 2. Why do these drivers not report that the number for the receiver is incorrect? 3. After contacting Aramex to remove my number I STILL get calls from the drivers.
