Birthday gone bad because of Aramex

I bought Nike sneakers for my daughter’s birthday and they were supposed to be deliver yesterday, the drive did not come but updated that I wasn’t available. Called Aramex this morning and they said the driver will definitely come between 8 and 10 today, still the was no driver. I kept on calling Aramex and they were adamant that the driver will definitely deliver. It’s now 18:27 and no delivery. I’m so mad because my daughter’s birthday is in a day but it looks like I won’t be able to present her with her favorite shoes because on this *********** and unprofessional company

I’ve sent all my time and money calling talking to them on WhatsApp today and they kept on feeding me lies and promising me that my delivery will definitely come today
