Been Stuck for Two Weeks Without Update

Using Aramex has been a total nightmare. Poor communication, constant delays, and a lack of accountability made the entire experience incredibly frustrating. My parcel was either stuck with no updates or rerouted without explanation. Customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond. I wouldn’t recommend this courier service to anyone who values time, transparency, or reliable delivery.
