The parvel from Boskburg to Rooderpoort it two weeks now I haven't received my parcel, they claim that they tried to deliver but I was not home. That's a lie my helper is always at home and the security confirmed that no came to deliver for as I allowed them to take my parcel.

Can Aramex respond to this asap
