Bas bad service

Delivery confirmed for Tuesday 7th December 2020. On Friday as business close for festive season I changed the delivery address as my parcel was not delivered in the afternoon. I confirmed this via telephone call centre and online chat new updated delivery address. Guess what. They just called now. Complaining that there is no one at the address they have on record! Phoned them, got cut off. Phoned again after 15min hold they will escalate. Bad bad service! I am truly disappointed
