BAD UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM ARAMEX!!!

I sent my daughters birth certificate and immunization card via Aramex. My daughter has to register at a new school and so I thought Aramex is the safest way to get it to her grandmother. I sent the parcel on the 11/09/2019 and today is the 7th day without the parcel being delivered. My daughter has to register for school on the 20/09/19.

If I hadn’t called the Aramex Johannesburg line. I wouldn’t have known that my parcel had not been processed. I’m rather disgusted by their service!!!
