bad telephone service for track and trace

I called Aramex to track my 3 parcels, I was transferred to another department while I spoke with someone from track and trace. the other lady said I'm at the wrong department. I held for the whole 30 minutes to be cut off with out getting at explanation why my parcels are not delivered yet. there is a delay in delivering them and no one is saying anything to me and when I call I hold forever and get cut off without a proper answer. this is really uncalled for and unfair. my tracking numbers are ***, ***, ***. these parcels are long overdue.
