Bad service with aremax and pick n pay umlazi megacity

My sister and i sent packages to our clients few months ago through umlazi megacity pick n pay ,1 package got lost and they refused to help us ,told us that there was a truck hijacked but only to find that the package mysteriously appears again at the shop,now we have a problem again with missing packages and aremax is refusing to assist us with that problem
