Bad service -very ***********

Very *********** and poor service I received from aramex I was sent a parcel and when I tracked it the update was the pickup was completed when I try to track it again it says they don’t have anything on the tracking number and their customer service team is very poor and rude not helpful at all, the lady had the nerve to say I don’t know anything about your parcel
