Bad service unreliable delivery service company dishonest

Dishonest of people who are working at Aramax I chat to Lebohang several time everyday saying my deliver will be deliver today since from the 24th march ,even now I haven’t received my order or a call from the driver , I asked her to ask her manager to call sine last Monday nothing, surprisingly my reg is now changed and now showing Polokwane from Eastgate while im staying at Katlehong what a bad service I’ve ever had from delivery company is not a reliable company .. my orders from Guess store I’m not happy my order is not even delivery since march
