Bad Service - Unprofessionalism - Rusternburg Branch

Worst service. My order was delayed because the address was incorrect. Instead of contacting me, they kept trying to deliver the item even through the order was incorrect. I had to be the one who follows up with them. Their website is also trash because it didn’t give me accurate update regarding the matter. It was vague and was last updated a week ago. Their WhatsApp is slow, the agents take more than three hours to respond. Their call center is also trash because the agent received a call whiles he was on a call with me and he took the call and asked me to wait. I told him he was being unprofessional and he asked to call me back and he hanged up the call. He is Clearance from the Rusternburg branch. The Rusternburg is so bad even the manager is in on it. I have been waiting for my order for the longest time. No one called to explain to me what is happening. I was informed only when I called that the driver can’t locate me because the address is incorrect. The driver never called me to confirm the address. I spoke to the rusternburg area manager and he made network/signal an excuse but offered no apology for the inconvenience. When I asked him why the driver did not use the office phone when he gets to work on the next day, I was told that the driver doesn’t focus on one client everyday and he delays/attempts delivery three times before escalating the matter. This is ******* because what are you attempting to deliver if you don’t have the correct address and you are not calling the receiver to confirm the address. They had my phone numbers all this time and the driver didn’t even bother to call when he gets to the office the following day, or asked one of his colleagues at the call Centre to call and confirm my address or even call me when he gets network/service. I’m not satisfied with the rusternburg’s branch service. They service given to customers by both the drivers and the managers is unacceptable.
