Bad service/ unprofessional and inconsiderate

I am disgusted by Aramex n their service. My parcel has been stuck at customs for over a week now, everytime I follow up they tell me they’ve escalated the matter. I was supposed to have received my parcel on the 9th!

This is very unprofessional and they take long to answer calls as well. How long does it take for a parcel to be picked up from customs to their warehouse? This is disgusting. I wish they used DHL instead of Aramex because with DHL I always receive my parcels on time.
