Bad service - unhappy client

Extremely unhappy with their service. We have a parcel that needs to be delivered from Indian and its been a few weeks of constant phone calls with their contact center. Our parcel has not been delivered, we even opted to pay in and collect. Up until today they keep on saying that they have not received proof of payment and the email was sent through. There is no one from a senior level intervening. I just want my parcel. Bad bad bad service do not recommend them at all.
