Bad service received from Aramex

On 13 December 2024, I send a parcel to Luderitz Namibia. The estimated arrival date in Ludritz was 21 December 2024. The parcel was picked up the same day. From there the parcel was not sent to Ludritz but to Dubai. Then it was sent back to OR Tambo International. This parcel was at the airport from 06 January 2025 until 13 January 2025. After repeated attempts to find out why my parcel was sent to Dubai, is futile. Aramex does not respond to my requests and is not very helpful. On 14 January I got hold of somebody at the customs clearance department, who promised to send my parcel to Ludritz. On the track my parcel facility, still indicates that my parcel is at OR Tambo. The service is non-existent. I will never use them again and would not recommend anybody else to use this service.
