Bad service on lost parcel

Aramex South Africa is worst company that I will never recommend it to anyone who wants their parcel be delivered. Unprofessional.They lost my most valuable parcel and they just simply said, sorry mam your parcel is lost, how on earth would you do business like that. Thabiso , Nishaline,Marichelle,you need to be accountable to the way you treat each and every parcel that land in your office,insured or not.One day you will run out of business because of your carelessness, .
