Bad service of Aramex

DBP*** I have received the worst ever service from Aramex with no one to complain to or to handle my problem. Your call service centre is just call takers with no interest in you as a customer and can offer no help. I posted my parcel in 30th July at Boskruin Pick 'n Pay. It was never collected in Monday....call centre says Boskruin is out of town and they take 3 days to collect. Utter lies as it is in Jhb. The gent states I should email my problem which I did with no response. Waste of time 😡Parcel collected on Tuesday and sent to George. The delivery adress is Worcester. Today a week later the driver battles to find the home as he is in Beaufort West and not Worcester as the delivery adress states. Call centre has no interest once again and no answer as to when my parcel will be delivered. I gave the service a 0 rating but know that is also not important to Aramex
