Bad service, no communication

Been waiting for my parcel DBP*** last email received said out for delivery from sandton and im at roodepoort. Still waiting. I have never had such bad experience with my previous deliveries. Maybe its December peak time but why no communication is sent. Worse i have closed at work, need to leave for the holidays yet i cant cz im awaiting the parcel. Not impressed at all.
