Bad service incomperant company

I ordered goods from george the company uses aramex its been one week and the parcel is still at their warehouse in johannesburg. Aramex does not answer their phones and other platforms cannot give you answers they take up to an half hour to answer your querry without significant answers! Incomtetant staff
