Bad Service from pick and pay overnight courier

Over night courier my ass.... Day 3 and no parcel. After numerous calls a third party got blamed for no delivery. If I use a third party it is my responsibility to make sure that they do their job. To me that is no excuse. If a third party does not do their job, make use of a other company. No detail about the company that need to bring me my stuff. Definitely not a company that I will recommend to no one else.Very poor service. had to phone cape town office as Johannesburg and Durban offices does not answer their phones. 3 days same excuse that parcel is in good hands BUT it is theirs and not in mine.
