Bad service from delivery guy, service agent

I am really disappointed at how Aramex I'd handling my parcel from Planet 54. The courier guy called from the security gate on the 28th of September at 14:15 to deliver, he then DID NOT CALL ME IN ADVANCE LIKE HE SHOULD HAVE TO LET ME KNOW HE IS ON HIS WAY, waited for him in the house then took some random picture saying no one was home. Today he did the same thing and I am really ****ed right now at this. What level of unprofessionalism is this? The level of disrespect as well is out of this world from the entire company and it's staff. CAN YOU JUST BRING MY PARCEL AND BE HONEST FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!
