Bad service from Aramex

Worst service. My shipment arrived 4 days ago and I was taken from pillar to post for it to be delivered. Supervisor Thozama refused to even speak to me to resolve this issue. Then there is the rude receptionist Rebecca as well as customer agent Mbali who also hung up on me.
