Bad service from Aramex

Seems every time I get a parcel from Jhb to Cape Town it either goes missing or left behind at the Jhb Depot and never delivered next day. I don’t know what’s going on anymore. Phone calls doesn’t help as I only get the same answer.... it’s still in Jhb but nobody tells me why! Second time this is happening to me and it’s expensive items I’ve ordered
