Bad service from Aramax

I sent a parcel yesterday fro Port Alfred. The agent completed the details on his iPad. The confirmation email showed errors in address and phone number of recipient. I have tried around 10 times and different ways to make contact with Aramax and CANNOT speak to a live human.The parcel HAS to be delivered today. VERY angry, frustrated and disappointed. I can only hope the parcel is returned to me if not delivered. I will not recomment this company.
