BAD SERVICE - FALSE PROMISES

I received a notification on 14/04/21 that my parcel will be delivered no later than 5:00pm that day. This did not happen. On 15/04/21 I queried this with customer service - Makhosazana Sibeko rep**** and said it will be delivered that day - no explanation why it was not delivered on 14/04/21. Again this parcel was not delivered on 15/04/21 either. On the tracking it said attempted delivery a@ 6:40pm!!! This was supposed to be delivered at my office. Who is still at the office at 6:40pm??? The delivery notification said it would not be later than 5:00pm!!!! Really???!!! So as of now, my parcel has still not arrived and I am beginning to wonder if it ever will... VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!
