Bad service, failed to deliver my parcel

Bad service, failed to deliver my parcel. Poor communication, does not respond when prompted, once they were made aware what the problem was, they made empty promises to get back to me. Promised on multiple occasions to deliver my parcel on specific days and still failed to do so with no communication to follow. Chat agents do not get back to you on the WhatsApp bot.
