Bad service ever, it sucks

I bought my parcel on the 29th of June 2020 and to this day I haven't received my parcel. I called them no answer, I send them a Facebook and they rep**** by saying I will receive my parcel within 72 hours, to this nothing. I want my parcel with emmediate effect. DBP***
