Bad service ever

Today the Aramex driver came to deliver my parcel but shockingly he didn’t have a drivers license so the sucurity could not let me him my complex. The driver went back with my parcel and I have been calling Aramex with no response. I called several times. Now I don’t know how or when I will get my parcel. How inconvenient
