Bad service

My parcel got to Bloemfontein on the 15th of July 2023… it’s been stuck there ever since. I sent several emails but with no response. Aramex is the worst courier service ever. I wouldn’t advice anyone to use their services. Total *******. What even sad is that this is not even the first time they are doing this. The last time my package never even reach me and they didn’t take accountability.😡
