BAD SERVICE

I’m so disappointed I need my parcel before the 15th and they keep on telling me that I need to check in with them after 3 days everyday that’s what they have to say I don’t know why these companies keep on using aramex to deliver our parcels because they are useless they need to prioritise our things but it seems they don’t care
