Bad Service, Dishonest and Unreachable.

Terrible and dishonest.

Package being shipped with Aramex was out for delivery on 11 June 25 but was not delivered.

When tracked now shows could not reach customer, customer to contact Aramex.

However we were at the address the whole day and no one from Aramex even phoned if they wanted to know something.

We literally look straight towards the front of the address so would not have missed anyone coming.

Then when trying to contact them you can not find a contact number for them but have to submit online request which who knows when they will read.

So terrible service for saying out for delivery and not coming to address.

And then dishonest by saying tried to contact customer which also did not happen as no calls on phone.

All other couriers at least phone if unable or stuck to deliver.

TERRIBLE!!!
