Bad service delivery from Aramax

I ordered a item from India, it arrived in South Africa already in January 26 and after day's being inspected at Jan Smuts airport Johannesburg it endly arrived at aramax office on 12 February 2026 and until today 18 February 26 one cannot get hold of the office by email or phone call, either it just rings or computer system answers with no further action
