Bad service delivery and overcharging

They full of s**t if they don't deliver my Parcels in time their delivery guys are arrogant and not forgetting them overcharging me for customs which when I question they send me a message telling me if I don't pay in due time my parcel will be withheld by the government and SARS which is crazy what are they then charging me if my parcel is not in their warehouse???? Aramex must be shut down as a courier company full stop
