Bad Service delivery

my cousin sister sent an expensive parcel via AREMAX from Pretoria to Cape Town Khayelitsha with the order number (DBP***) on the 14/07/2019, I've been waiting for their call for delivery however nobody called me then on the 22/07/2019 I decided to call them to track my delivery then the consultant told me that they couldn't deliver my parcel because their courier was hijacked on the way to Khayelitsha and she gave me the case number (383-7-2019) and she said that its a proof that the courier was hijacked, then i called aramex again then they said that they do not have an insurance am very hurt and disappointed by your service and its my first time experiencing this, mind you i am selling product my customer's have been waiting for their orders which are costing an amount of R3600.00 i do not know what to to or where to start. can somebody assist.
