Bad service

They actually don't deserve a star. My package has been sitting at their depot for 3 days after being cleared by customs officials. I made a call today, and I was told that they don't know why my package is sitting there, and why they are not delivering it. Big companies need to start using DHL, this amarex their service is very poor. Is being 10 days now,
