BAD Service 🚮

Been waiting for my parcel for 3days, they don't even communicate with me, they don't answer their chatbox & when I call them they keep on promising that they'll deliver. Now I have to sit home wait for them as if I don't have any way to go. Bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad service 😕
