Bad Service

My parcel has been in Johannesburg for customs clearance for a month I paid customs soon after I received the text from Aramex. Sent all the required documents when asked to do so. Today the 09 of December I received two emails saying that I must pay customs but what confuses me is that each email has it's own amount. Mind you when I sending emails there was no response and I did contact Aramex I was told to wait 2-3 working days I waited for those days. I sent emails again I got no response.
