My company wil never use Aromex for delivery.

From updating their tracking number is not even close to accurate like other company's.

Phone the call center today 5 time. The call center agent can help and keep push your call back to the nexts agent.

My parcel should be delivered today. But they can't tell me anything more. One agent said they will put me tru to the delivery driver then looped me back to the call center. Every agent has a different story. Rather use different courier company.

Aromex can't give you proper updated schedule and info. You don't know where you stand with them no transparency
