Bad service

I placed an order in Joburg and they booked Aramex to come collect and deliver to my Durban address in Morningside. My parcel on tracking number stated my delivery will be on Thursday but when I called Aramex to track my parcel but only to find out that my parcel was sent to Capetown Morningside instead of Durban now my parcel is delayed for a week. If I hadn't called them I wouldn't have know and they too wouldn't have known that my parcel is being sent to the wrong address. Their service is not good.
