Bad service by Aramex

I am very disappointed in their service. I have a parcel that was given to them on the 12th of May 2020 I tried tracking it their system said the information I have was invalid, and when I tried today it says it has been delivered but I haven't received anything. And my calls and emails are not answered. I'm really disappointed.
