Bad service by Aramex

I have been tracking my parcel Which was suppose to be delivered to me. When I first phoned them,they told me that the parcel is at Stellenbosch

When ,I called them again They told me that the parcel will arrive after 3 days . The parcel was an emergrency and I have now lost big things because I did not get my parcel today

I am dissapointed and also hurt because of a company that I trusted Aramex Never again will I post my parcels using Aramex
