BAD SERVICE!!!

Absolutely bad service! 2 parcel issues in 3 weeks time, First parcel went missing for 2 weeks, when they eventually found it, it had to be sent again, parcel was damaged, Lost 90% of the sanitizer, now the second parcel was apparently delivered on Saturday, no one was there according to them, which is nonsense, there was someone home the entire day, now it's been sent back according to the tracking on the net, I still can't get through to them, been holding for 28 min already, been phoning for 2 days. I will never recommend them!!!
