Bad service

The delivery guy called me on 25/05/21 during the afternoon for my live location, dont know why since my address is on the parcel and its the same address I use for all deliveries including TAKEALOT. I have never had any issues until now. I then follow up with the delivery guy who is now in my area but cannot find my house. He then tells me that he cannot use GPS (Not sure how this is my problem). He further advises me that the parcel will b e delivered on Monday (28/06/21) because his supervisor called him and asked him to stop working as it was late. A follow up made on Monday and Im told Reuben was supposed to deliver and he tried to contact me (Not sure how this was done as I never received no sms/whatsapp/calls from him. A week later, I have not received my parcel and I contacted the call centre and was advised it will be treated with urgency. When can I get my parcel? How is one supposed to have faith in you when you simply fail to deliver a small parcel
