Bad service

I'm not happy at all from paying taxes on 11 December and cleared from customs my parcel have not moved at all so this is telling me the problem is not with tge supplier but vir aramax not collecting from airport. I have send Whatsapp and emails with no response to whats going on with my parcel this is the worst service I have ever received.
