Bad service at Aramex

I will NEVER recommend anybody to make use of Aramex in SA. they are the worst "Express" service ever, as they do not have the faintest idea of Express services. My parcel is lying at the ORT Facility since 2021-02-01 without any movement. For three (3) weeks I've been calling, only to get the same response, "We'll contact you in two (2) days for delivery".... If you want to wait, use Aramex!
