Terrible Service from Aramex

Unreliable, unreachable, unresponsive. My purchase from The Pro Shop was according to tracking in Aramex local delivery office on 8 Dec. still no delivery on 19th. My attempts to seek assistance through customer service all week have been very frustrating (nauseating) to say the least. - Helpline *** Automated excuse that they are experiencing a "high volume of chats" for the entire day. - They don’t reply to emails. - Whapp chatline. The agents give you a one liner and then cut you off with an “enjoy your day” and a wink and smile emoji.

The Pro Shop offered me R200 shopping voucher, but is not helping me to find a solution. Bad service.
