BAD service Aramex South Africa

Aramex South Africa dissapointed me greatly. My parcel was sent through on Wednesday the 7th of August 2019 and we had asked if it would be delivered within 24 hours and they agreed since the 9th was a public holiday and that they don't deliver on weekends. The parcel ended up being delivered on the 12th of August 2019. I would like a refund since they did not deliver on time and I had to buy everything that was in the parcel since I needed them over the weekend.

POOR SERVICE AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE IT!!!!!!!!
