Bad service Aramex Port Elizabeth

No call to say parcel will be delivered at set time and when they do deliver and no one is home they don't have common courtesy to call and ask where you are and if alternative arrangements can be made.Also the lady at receptionist could not be bothered to give an apology and sounded rather "short". In the one being inconvenienced here not get and not Aramex
