Bad service -Aramex Bloemfontein

Aramex in Bloemfontein is the worst office. I sent out my parcel on Monday 18th from Pretoria, I tracked the parcel online the following day on the 19th and it was updated that the parcel has reached Bloemfontein office and will be dispatched the same day. Later during the day I checked online and the update was my parcel is in transit. On wednesday the 20th when i checked on line the update was the parcel is still in transit to the final destination. Thursday 21st same story. Friday 22nd i called and one gentleman updated me that the parcel is on it's way to ficksburg for delivery and i must ensure my phone is on. Friday afternoon I called again st 15h40, one lady updated that the driver is almost in ficksburg and the parcel will be delivered just after 16h00 as she was communicating with the driver. At 16h30 I called again, another lady said the driver passed and went to marquand but will be coming back to ficksburg. I asked if they will be delivering the same day as it was already late,the lady assured me my parcel will be delivered. 17h00 I had still not received the parcel, they were no longer answering the phones. Today is the 23rd, 5th day since my parcel was in transit, I called and explained to the lady that I still have not received the parcel even though I was told the driver is in ficksburg. Now the lady says shes checking the urgent and will call me back, over an hour ago. When I call the phone is no longer being answered. So frustrated. No one will die if the company is honest and clear with us customere.
