Bad service aramex

I am writing on behalf of my cousin Melvyn Le Fleur who I work with. The service we received at Aramex kimberley is totally disgusting, we had a package sent from Aramex bloemfontein 24/06/2021.....we were told to collect the parcel on the 25/06/2021 because it was overnight.......then again told it will be here on the 28/06/2021 But we were also told we should call and not Go to the branch but every time we call we can't get through which means we have to go till there......and today again we were told maybe tomorrow the 30/06/2021 our parcel will be there.......we trust you guys with our goods which we need for business and we are losing business now. But even so we would understand but there is an Indian lady working there that was so direspectful and rude when we ask her what to do or whats happening and even tell her and phone the branches no. in front she just tells us not to come there again and she doesn't know what is going wrong with the phone, so I ask you if i can't go there as i was rudely told and not phone also what should I do.
