Bad service and no delivery

So Friday I ended up waiting all day and more parcel ! I called the centre after 2pm the lady couldn't help me ,called again no answer, called again Nd was told they had to much parcels next time it should be marked as urgent or I should call with a waiber number ! Why if it's to be a overnight ?Now Saturday they don't deliver but they are so now I have to spend half my day at home again as if they going to do my grocery shopping etc! Not impressed if I wanted this **** I would have used fastway !!!
